Who we are

OurDadda is run by MUSK TECH GROUP LIMITED. We are the data controller for the details you give us when you register your interest on this website.

If you have a question about your details, email privacy@ourdadda.com.

What we collect

Your email address, what you told us you’re interested in, and the first part of your postcode if you chose to give it. If you enter a full postcode we only keep the first part.

We also record that you confirmed you’re 18 or over and agreed to be emailed, and when you did so.

This page uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To email you about the OurDadda pilot, including when it opens near you, and to understand which areas and kinds of help people are interested in.

Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Withdrawing doesn’t affect anything we did before.

Who else sees it

Only the OurDadda team. We use service providers to host this website (Vercel) and store your details (Supabase); they act on our instructions and may not use your details for anything else.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.

We never sell your details or share them with other companies for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after you register if the pilot hasn’t reached you by then, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, ask us to restrict or stop using them, and withdraw your consent. Email us and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
